Land Life restores nature on a large scale through reforestation and ecosystem rebuilding. In their communication, they target two audiences. One that is familiar with Land Life’s cutting-edge technology and scientific expertise. And one, much larger one that isn’t. With their corporate animation, Land Life needed to appeal to both.

The challenge was balance. To keep the story engaging and entertaining. To speak to accuracy. To clarify complex concepts without oversimplifying them.

Using bold imagery, colors and nature-with-a-tech-twist we developed a visual style that was playful, energetic, and allowed for in-depth technical detailing. Using iterations on style frames, the Land Life team could step back and make the style choices to ground the aesthetic and blend it with their existing footage.

For the execution, we integrated real-world material with animation, capturing both the science and the story of Land Life.
